Benefits of Merino Wool:
Merino wool, sourced from merino sheep, offers a plethora of benefits, making it a popular choice. Some of these include excellent insulation, thermo regulating properties, moisture wicking, odor resistant, breathability, soft and comfortable, natural elasticity, renewable and biodegradable and hard wearing.
In summary, merino wool is a versatile and high-performance fabric that combines warmth, breathability, and comfort. Whether you’re hiking, working, or simply relaxing, merino wool is a smart choice.
Additional info:
Pre orders are made to order. Therefore please allow 3-4weeks before dispatch.
All our luxury merino wool is sustainable, ethically sourced and mulesing free.
All skeins are hand dyed in the UK in small batches. Due to the nature in which they are dyed, no two skeins will be exactly alike. Although great care is taken to rinse dye out thoroughly, in some cases, colour bleeding may occur during the first wash. Please note, although photographs are taken with great care to depict true to life colours in natural light, colours may vary between monitors/screens.
Care information:
Taking care of your merino wool items is crucial to maintain their quality and longevity.
Hand wash in cool water using wool wash or a mild detergent, avoiding agitation. The use of hot water or harsh chemicals may cause felting. After washing, reshape garment and lay flat to air dry.
